Sign in and open Order reviews in My Account. Choose the relevant order to see its selected addresses, payment status and next step.
Payment is still pending
If Check payment now is available, use it to refresh the status. A loading message alone does not mean a payment succeeded.
Avoid a duplicate payment
If you believe you were charged, check your order status and contact support before starting another purchase. Include your order reference and describe what happened. Do not include full card details.
Mailbox setup begins only after payment is confirmed and the service is ready for provisioning. The order and mailbox screens show the current progress.
